About Me
- I was born in 1969 in a small country town in Ohio, USA
- I have been happily married to a beautiful and intelligent wife since 1994
- I live in Grosse Pointe Park, MI
- I have four amazing children (2 daughters in high school; 1 son in middle school; 1 son in elementary school)
- I grew up in the Catholic tradition, attending CCD into high school
- I left the Catholic church in 1987 and became a member of University Bible Fellowship (UBF)
- I became a believer in Jesus Christ’s atoning death on the cross in my place in 1988
- My father died of ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) in 1989
- I became a fellowship leader, staff member and director of one chapter in UBF
- In 2004 I began defending UBF ministry wholeheartedly against several critics
- In 2009 I realized UBF ministry and ideals cannot be defended as a Christian organization
- In 2011, I officially left UBF ministry without shipwrecking my faith
- I am now full of peace, joy, faith, hope, love, truth, grace and power, having met the Holy Spirit
- I have decided to stop resisting, quenching and grieving the Spirit as I had many times the past 24 years
- The Spirit of Truth, the Third Person of the triune God, has broken the bonds UBF placed on my conscience and on my life.
- The Spirit has renewed my intellectual, spiritual and emotional being to live as a follower of Jesus Christ, submitting to the Spirit as my Director
